Whitecaps Group Outing

All students grade Young Preschool and older will be coming home with a Whitecaps Reading Form. This year DPA has organized a group outing at the Whitecaps. The game we are going to is scheduled for May 9th at 6:35pm. All students receive a FREE ticket and 1 FREE chaperone ticket. If your family has more students than chaperones we would like to offer those extra chaperone tickets to DPA staff or families with one student who have 2 parents that would like to attend. 

• Complete the back of the form and indicate yes if you can join us for the group outing on May 9th.
• Complete a form for each student. If you have more than one student only indicate the chaperone ticket once for each chaperone. 
• If you would like more than 1 chaperone for your student mark the number next to reserved seats. The cost is $13 for each extra ticket. You can hold off on sending in payment and if we have extra chaperone tickets I will let you know. Otherwise we will ask that you send in payment for them.
• If you can not join us at the group event please indicate No on the form. I will contact Whitecaps to request an individual form for your student that will be good for 2 tickets to be used on a different date.
