Thank you for providing a Catholic education for your children. You have made an important decision to send your child to Divine Providence Academy, because you value our Catholic instruction and want the very best for your child. We are certainly proud of our strong academics, our faith-filled environment, and our teaching of Catholic morals and values that will guide your children in the future, and have a lifelong impact on your child.
Each family that was enrolled in Divine Providence Academy during the school year electronically signed a continuous enrollment contract where you agreed to an academic partnership with Divine Providence Academy. The Continuous Enrollment Contract renews automatically each successive school year unless you withdraw.
Families must notify Divine Providence Academy if your child(ren) will be withdrawing for the upcoming year by completing the Intent to Withdraw Form found on your child’s checklist in Finalsite no later than June 1 every year.
If families opt out of continuous enrollment by June 1st and decide to re-roll at a later date, they will be required to complete a new continuous enrollment agreement form and pay a $200 per student re-enrollment fee.
