“My husband Al and I decided we wanted to send our children to DPA-St Catherine’s when our son Jacob was 3 years old. He is now in 3rd grade and our daughter Morgan is in 1st. Although we are not parishioners, we have never been treated differently. Everyone knows our kids, is willing to chip in and help, and the families work together. While we initially picked DPA-SC for the preschool program, small class sizes, and after school care, we’ve stayed for many other reasons.

Instilling solid morals and Christian character traits daily is important to us. When leaving our kids at school each day we know that they are safe, comfortable, and receiving a strong foundation for life.  As a teacher myself, I appreciate that the teaching and administrative staff are always approachable for questions, concerns, and thoughts. It feels like we are working together as a team in our children’s education.  Our kids are benefitting from a balance of technology with hands on materials for learning and play. They are both learning how to set individual goals and push themselves in multiple areas of development.

Although St Catherine’s is a small school, it is growing from the bottom up and we look forward to seeing what the future holds. As the St Catherine’s HSA Treasurer, I appreciate the involvement and support of the community. It is fulfilling to provide the school, teachers, and students with special opportunities.”

“I just want to give a huge shout out to some pretty amazing teachers.
I had an amazing conversation with my Ashlynn last night. I asked her how she liked school and she said “Oh Mommy I love it! Mrs Smith is such a nice teacher.” Whatever you’re doing keep doing it my girl grows more in her confidence every day.
Tara Lafferty and Courtney Bowmar I want to thank you for the time and effort you put into my Olivia. She has grown so much being in your class and her face lights up every day when she tells me the cool science stuff she is learning. She even came home last night and said she wanted to do homework in math just so she could get ahead.

DPA has done wonders in my family. Olivia has grown leaps and bounds in her faith. She wants to do devotionals every night and she asked me if she can earn a piece of candy for every verse she memorizes just like she does with Mrs. Jeannie Sokolowski.

They say its takes a village to raise kids. Well I have an amazing village.”
